Darkness.
No air. No light, just the choking darkness.
Shaking hands tried to grab something to hang on, trying to find an escape route.Fingers touched the wooden box and hurriedly started to hit the cover. Coffin. She was trapped in a coffin. The fear of missing air gave her an adrenaline rush, and she finally broke the wood.
The dirt suddenly fell in, covering her everywhere. Her arms, legs, body - she opened her mouth for a silent scream only for the dirt to fall into it. She instinctively started to dig. There wasn't anything else to do - the missing of oxygen made her dizzy, and she knew she could faint at any moment so she dug. She dug and hoped she's digging in the right direction. Towards air. The only thing that was important to her right now.
She started to give up. Her throat was burning, her lungs felt like crushing, and panic took over her body. With her last strength, she reached towards the nothingness.
The air burned her fingers. It felt cold, so cold it irritated her skin. The raindrops were like acid - every single drop hurt. The girl didn't care - she dug. She dug until she was out of the dirt.
The first take of breath was so painful she almost threw up. The air was cold and clean - something that the girls' lungs weren't used to. It took some time until she could breathe without pain. She kneeled on the ground, trying to protect herself from the rain. Everything burned - her muscles were strained, her eyes were trying to get used to the light, and her brain was trying to understand everything, but it was just too much.
She concentrated on getting her body to work. When she got it, she finally dared to look around. She couldn't see much from the rain but what she saw scared her.
She was probably in the middle of a forest. Every single tree was on the ground, making a perfect circle around her - there was only a small gravestone standing next to her. The girl was trying to understand that she climbed out of her own grave.
The gravestone didn't have a name, or a year on in, just a symbol - a protective symbol. She would recognise it anytime - her brother always drew this on everything and prayed that the angels forgive them and help. For her, the Vegvisir symbol always meant that every time she's lost, it will always help her back on the right road.
She slowly stood up. She wasn't sure on her legs - she almost fell back, but at the end, she managed to find her balance. The rain was still pouring, making her clothes soaking with water - the same clothes she wore when she died. Shorts, a sleeveless black t-shirt with a flannel shirt - it wasn't cut up, or bloody for that matter. It looked like she just bought them. Her boots were clean as well, no mud on it, and the ring on her finger that had a pentagon on it even shined.
Suddenly her memories came back - the moment of death. When the hellhounds ripped her body apart. Her time in hell. Who knows for how long she was rotting in there.
She nervously gulped. She tried to get those horrible memories out of her head and concentrate on the real world. How did she get back from hell?
She finally stood up and started to walk going around the dead trees and hoping she finds a phone somewhere. She had to call her dad - she had to know if it was because of her she's back.

The phone boot was old and dusty, but it was her only chance to contact his him. Her hands were shaking as she put her father's number on and she waited.
It rang.
After the sixth ring somebody picked it up, but it wasn't her father's voice.
"Who is this?"
The girl stayed silent, her words choking her.
"Who is this?" she heard the voice again, this time a bit more irritated.
"Bobby?" she called quietly. There was silence on the other side of the call. "Bobby, why the hell do you have my father's phone?"
"This is not funny. Whoever you are, if you call again, I will kill you dead."
He didn't end the call though.
"Bobby, it's me. I... I don't know what happened, and... I just want to know where my father is."
Silence.
"Robin?" Bobby's voice was full of doubt, but also full of hope.
"Yes, Bobby."
"Robin, what... Is it really you?" The man's voice broke. "Where are you?" I can't believe you until I did all the safety procedures."
"I don't know. I have no idea where I am. Bobby, help me. Please." Robin tried to keep her emotions at bay, but she didn't have a lot of success. She looked around so she could find something that will help Bobby find her. "There's... There's an old gas station on the other side of the road. Wait a second, maybe I'll find something that tells me where I am." Without waiting for an answer she ran into the gas station and went to the newspaper. It was one of the local newspapers she grabbed and took with herself back to the phone. "This says I'm at Sioux Falls. That's close to you. Can you pick me up?"
"Stay where you are."
Bobby ended the call. Robin sighed and sat down to the side of the road, pulling the newspaper in front of her.
"November?" She whispered quietly. She couldn't believe she was in hell for six months. It felt like sixty years.
The worst was that she couldn't even wish she was dead. There was no escape from there. No hope that she'll die once and she won't have to feel anything anymore.
She was sitting on the ground for half an hour, staring in front of herself, until a car parked in front of her. Bobby got out, staring at her for a second, then he suddenly poured water on her.
Robin didn't expect it, she jumped up growling.
"For god's sake Bobby at least you could have warned me!" she shouted. It was holy water.
Bobby didn't listen, he just grabbed her arm and cut into it. She didn't even flinch. Bobby stepped back, trying to believe what's in front of him.
"It's really you."
This was all Robin needed. All she needed for her to jump on Bobby, hugging her like her life depended on it.

So you got out of hell?" asked Bobby while he passed Robin a bottle of beer.
"Yeah. I know it's hard to believe but..."
"Actually, it's not" said the man, and Robin froze.
"What?"
"The thing is, the exact same situation happened not long ago."
"What are you talking about?"
"That this already happened" said somebody behind Robin. She jumped up and into a defensive position as she turned around.
"Who the hell are you and how did you get here?" she asked immediately. He looked strange - his trenchcoat was something Robin actually quite liked.
"Robin..." said Bobby but the man cut him in half.
"I am Castiel. I am a soldier of God."
Robin stared at him in shock.
"Get the hell out, angels don't exist. I'm asking again, who are you?"
Castiel burrowed his eyebrows.
"I am Castiel. Why would I lie?"
Robin turned to Bobby, who slowly nodded. The girl shook her head.
"No... That's impossible. There are no angels."
"There are, Robin."
"I'm the one who pulled you out of hell" said Castiel.
"Why? Why did you do it?" she asked confused.
"Because God believes you have an important role in the Apocalypse.
"Apocalypse?" What the hell did I miss, Bobby?" whispered Robin looking at the man, her eyes containing fear.
" Robin, God believes you're the only one who can help the Winchester brothers stop the Apocalypse. You're their only chance. You're the only one who can help Dean."
"Dean? Who's Dean?" asked Robin, getting more and more confused. "What the hell is happening?"
"Sam and Dean - they're the Winchester brothers I looked after when they were younger sometimes," said Bobby. "They're the ones trying to stop this disaster right now. Dean... Dean was pulled out from hell a couple of months ago."Robin stared at the man in silence. "You have to meet them, you have to help them. Please."
"Robin," said the angel. "This is your fate."
Just before the girl could speak, Castiel disappeared. Robin scoffed.
"My fate? What? That's the biggest bullshit."
Bobby stayed silent. Robin was muttering swear words as she picked up her beer and drank some.
"What?" she growled when she noticed him looking.
"Maybe you should talk to Dean ya know." he said, but Robin snorted.
"No way. Look, I... I don't remember anything from hell, but I have a feeling I don't want to go back. I'm not gonna talk about this with strangers, okay?"
Bobby didn't answer, he just pulled out his phone.
"What are you doing?"
"I'm calling the Winchester brothers. We'll have to talk to them."
Robin bit her lip, anxiety slowly burning her up, but she nodded.
"Okay."
